Should you venture out to see what St. John is all about you'll find great shopping, terrific restaurants, world renown beaches nestled inside the Virgin Islands National Park and the warm turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Abundant sea life await in the shallows for you to discover. Lush landscaping surrounds the home providing the privacy you deserve and desire. The pool deck and outdoor dining area which can only by accessed from inside the villa provides a stunning setting afforded usually by just the rich and famous. It is perfect for entertaining large groups or the couple on a special getaway. The waves crashing onto the beach of Hart bay can be heard from the deck or the roof top star gazing lounge. Upon entering the Villa you are dazzled by the slate floors and sleek design features that immediately draw you into the living room area where the pool can be seen through the 20 feet tall, floor to ceiling, hurricane rated glass walls! Comfortable and modern furniture make this the perfect place some to lounge the day away while others enjoy pool never feeling separated. The big screen TV and entertainment center can be viewed from the living room or the pool, and pool deck. The perfect setting to catch the big game! Catch another view of the stunning pool on your way to the chef inspired kitchen and dining areas. The Kitchen is stocked with the tools you will need for meal preparation and the appliances are industrial grade. The wine fridge has room for 32 bottles of your favorite blend and is located in the dining area for easy access during meals. There is seating for 10 inside and 8 outside on the deck. The master suite is on this end of the house and has a king platform bed with a floating headboard, large walk in closet, and a private balcony. the ensuite bath is equipped with dual sinks, plush robes, bath mats, and indoor and outdoor showers. The indoor shower has 8 shower heads for a spa-like experience. There is a Smart TV in the Master Bedroom. Adjacent to the living room there is a large den with plush furniture set up for the ultimate group board/card game setting. Enjoy a view of the pool as you and your group play everything from Apples to apples to Yahtzee. We are still gathering games so let us know what games you like and we will do our best to track them down! The four other bedrooms have King beds, large built in closets and smart televisions. Three of which have ensuite bathrooms all have indoor and outdoor showers with ocean views. The top floor of the house has an exit onto a second floor roof top terrace perfect for gazing into the Milky Way, viewing the lights of St. John and St. Thomas, and listening to the waves crash into the shore at Hart Bay. The laundry room is fully stocked and has dual washers and dryers to assist you on getting your clothes clean, packed, and ready for the trip home.
