Chocolate Hole, St. John
Tre Vista Estate is nestled in the peaceful hillside of Chocolate Hole, one of St. John’s most tranquil and sought-after neighborhoods. Just a short drive from Cruz Bay, you get the best of both worlds — complete privacy and seclusion, with easy access to everything the island has to offer.
The villa sits on the southwest side of the island, offering stunning sunset and bay views and convenient proximity to some of St. John’s most beautiful beaches. The Westin Resort is just down the hill, and Great Cruz Bay beach is minutes away for a quick dip, while world-famous Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay are a short scenic drive along the North Shore Road.
Getting Around
By ferry: St. John is accessed via a short 20-minute ferry from St. Thomas (Red Hook) or a 45-minute ferry from Charlotte Amalie. Cruz Bay is the main ferry terminal and hub of the island.
On the island: A rental car or Jeep is strongly recommended for exploring St. John — roads are hilly and scenic. Taxis and safari buses are also widely available from Cruz Bay for day trips.

Policies
USVI Hotel Tax
12.5% hotel tax applies to all reservations.
Deposit Policy
50% of the rental amount is due at time of booking. The remaining 50% plus the security deposit and 12.5% USVI room tax are due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you cancel prior to the rental period, a refund of the advance rental may be issued only if the property is re-rented, subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No refund will be made for cancellations within 60 days of arrival.
Hurricane Exception
If a named storm is forecasted within 100 miles of St. John within 48 hours of your arrival, a full refund minus a 5% processing fee will be issued.
