Isla Vista is centered around a spectacular 35 foot swimming pool with richly landscaped grounds. Entrance to this villa is via a private estate road with a security gate for complete security and privacy.
This exceptional and private gated residence is located above the town of Cruz Bay with commanding views looking out to the many islands including St. Thomas, St. James, Lovango and St. Croix. It is adjacent to the Virgin Islands National Park and provides the ultimate in privacy. Isla Vista has three beautiful suites each with a California king sized bed and two with their own separate balcony and patio.
The Great Room has a formal dining area as well as a lovely open bar with a new Entertainment Center, 46′ Flat Screen TV a complete home theater audio system. This large 5,000 square foot home, 3 master suites, ideally suited for one, two or three couples.
The Gourmet Kitchen is expansive, well equipped and opens up to the adjacent gallery for informal poolside dining. There is also a separate barbeque room with a 42′ Alfresco gas grill. The villa has full wireless access for your computer as well as BOSE music stations throughout the villa for your IPod and, exterior speakers surrounding the pool.
Attention to every detail is found throughout this beautiful villa which features travertine marble floors, vaulted cypress ceilings, custom mahogany doors, windows and cabinets, marble and granite counter tops, all bronze fixtures, state of the art stainless steel appliances and custom designed lighting throughout.

Cancellation Policy
We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. Consequently, once you have confirmed your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON within 60 days of your reservation arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates (the only exceptions being a hurricane). In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances. We have partnered with Nationwide Insurance Co to offer our guests travel protection against cancellations due to a variety of events, as well as medical, emergency evacuation coverage and other benefits. Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
Hurricane Exception: In the event of a named storm which is forecasted to pass less than 100 miles from St. John within 48 hours, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be given.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your dates (the amount due at booking) will consist of 50% of the total price of your reservation, and the remaining 50% as well as the security deposit and a 12.5% Virgin Islands are due 30/60/90 days prior to your arrival in accordance to your signed rental agreement.
