The villa is accessed from a stone walkway illustrating Virgin Gordas famous granite boulders. The front door opens into a circular warm tropical living room graced by a richly stained 14' exposed beam ceiling, and sea grass furniture accented by cobalt blues and colours of the Caribbean. The open air living room extends onto the pool terrace and takes advantage of the beautiful views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel, ocean breezes and spectacular sunsets.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a Wolf range, granite counter tops, Liptus wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and halogen task lighting. A fully equipped wet bar with built in ice maker is located just off the living room.
On the Rocks provides indoor and outdoor dining complete with a custom outdoor charcoal grill and is the ideal setting for intimate gatherings, for that special dinner, luncheon or barbecue.
The four luxury bedroom suites exude elegance with a Caribbean flare. Each suite has air conditioning, flat screen TV and DVD player, iPod doc , outdoor shower, robes, electronic safe, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, fine linens, plush Euro-Top mattress and blackout curtains.

Located in the main house, Rising Sun is a king bed suite with a peaked ceiling with exposed beams adding a rustic Caribbean charm. Two sets of French doors opening up to a private patio tucked in a lush garden setting. The large outdoor shower is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation for maximum privacy.
(Suite 2 - Trade Winds)
A separate pavilion, a few steps from the main house houses this beautiful suite in a garden setting. A large outdoor shower is nestled in the boulders and is surrounded by lush vegetation for utmost privacy. Trade Winds offers twin beds that can be converted to king.
(Suite 3 & 4 - Sea Breeze and High Tide)
Both suites located in the poolside pavilion offering easy and direct access to the pool as well as spectacular views and sea breezes. Sea Beeze is a circular bedroom suite with king bed and French doors opening onto the spacious pool deck. High Tide is located above the pool deck and is accessed by a private circular staircase. High Tide has a king bed and an open air shower with beautiful panoramic views. A private balcony overlooks the pool and beyond to the sea

Cancellation Policy
We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. Consequently, once you have confirmed your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON within 60 days of your reservation arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates (the only exceptions being a hurricane). In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances. We have partnered with Nationwide Insurance Co to offer our guests travel protection against cancellations due to a variety of events, as well as medical, emergency evacuation coverage and other benefits. Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
Hurricane Exception: In the event of a named storm which is forecasted to pass less than 100 miles from St. John within 48 hours, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be given.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your dates (the amount due at booking) will consist of 50% of the total price of your reservation, and the remaining 50% as well as the security deposit and a 12.5% Virgin Islands are due 30/60/90 days prior to your arrival in accordance to your signed rental agreement.
