Located on a ridge 300 ft. above town, Outrigger Villa affords views of the mesmerizing Charlotte Amalie harbor with cruise ships on the Caribbean Sea, yachts, marine ports, downtown and the neighboring Water & Hassel islands' vistas. Featuring 5,200 sq. ft. of outdoor space and an infinity edged pool.

‍Interior Details
There are 4 equal sized master bedrooms; one of the master bedrooms is located on the ground floor with easy access (no steps) and the remaining three master bedrooms are located on the upper level.

‍All 4 master bedrooms have wall mounted air conditioning units, a king Size Bed, Wi-Fi, wall mounted HDTV, en suite bathroom (easy step in shower) with his & hers washbowls, spacious walk-in closets, private balcony with harbor & town vistas & i-Phone docking station with digital alarm clock. The fifth bedroom has air-conditioning, a queen lower bunk with twin-sized bunk on top, an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a small sitting room (couch, no TV).

‍The 5th bedroom is accessed by an outside set of stairs by the pool and the 6th bedroom is accessed by an outside set of stairs near the entrance to the home. The sixth bedroom has a queen bed with the twin bunk on top and its own full bathroom, plus its own kitchenette.

‍The kitchen is fully equipped with a six burner Viking gas stove / oven, a French style refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender & much more. It also has a breakfast nook with pool & harbor views as well as a wet bar ( wine cooler, wine rack & sink) which is also accessible from the outdoor terrace & pool areas.

‍The media room area is located on the upper level of Outrigger Villa and equipped with a big screen HDTV with satellite & Blu-Ray /DVD player. 

‍The living room is a comfortable seating area with 25 ft. high ceilings good for lounging or leisure reading while listening to your favorite music playing on the Bose sound system with an i-Phone docking station to play your favorites and a CD player with a 50 page album stocked with a wide variety of musical choices.

‍The dining room table accommodates eight adults and there is also plenty of outside seating in the 75 ft. long veranda, including several picnic tables. A list of private chefs and catering services are available from owners.

‍Exterior Details
There is an infinity edge solar heated pool from where you will enjoy harbor and town vistas as well as cruise ships' sunrise arrivals & sundown departures mimicking beautiful giant sized floating birthday cakes. Wi-Fi is also available in the pool area. The pool is surrounded by eight large chase lounge chairs.

‍The expansive terrace / picnic areas are perfect for weddings, corporate retreats, birthdays & other celebrations. There is a Weber grill & several enchanting seating wrapped in lush gardens dotted with orchids and humming birds. Wi-Fi is also available in the terrace / picnic area.

‍An exercise studio is also available below the pool deck with its private bathroom (powder room) equipped with dumbbells, yoga mats & Pilates exercise balls, and, of course, with a large window facing the harbor.

‍To ensure that you have uninterrupted electrical power, Outrigger Villa has its own Generator with an automatic transfer switch (the power does occasionally go out on St. Thomas).

‍Outrigger Villa is located in an exclusive residential area and has its own private electronic gated entrance with a spacious parking area which can accommodate up to 6 cars.

‍Outrigger Villa's location provides easy & close access to historic downtown, waterfront, French Town, duty free shopping, beaches, golf course, sea aquarium, butterfly garden, water sports, Sky Ride, fine dining, ferry & seaplane docks & the airport.

‍Construction of Outrigger Villa, began in 2012 andcompleted in 2013. A lot of thought and planning was put into the building process. Renowned Caribbean Architect, Michael Helm & interior design specialist, Twila Wilson, teamed up in this project to ensure that your stay is a pleasant & memorable one. Caribbean breezes will flow through the many open spaces throughout the property keeping the house at a comfortable cool temperature. Each bedroom's air conditioning system allows you to control your room temperature for maximum sleeping comfort.
