There are four equal sized master bedrooms; one of the master bedrooms is located on the ground floor with easy access (no steps) and the remaining three master bedrooms are located on the upper level. Everyone will have the best bedroom.
All four master bedrooms have wall mounted air conditioning units, a king Size Bed, Wi-Fi, wall mounted HDTV, en suite bathroom ( easy step in shower) with his & hers washbowls, spacious walk-in closets, private balcony with harbor & town vistas & i-Phone docking station with digital alarm clock.
The 5th bedroom was added to the villa after the hurricanes and is located on the pool side of the villa, on the lower level. The bedroom has a queen bed with a twin bunk on top, ensuite bathroom and AC.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a six burner Viking gas stove / oven, a French style refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender & much more. It also has a breakfast nook with pool & harbor views as well as a wet bar ( wine cooler, wine rack & sink) which is also accessible from the outdoor terrace & pool areas.
Yes! There is an infinity edge pool from where you will enjoy harbor and town vistas as well as cruise ships' sunrise arrivals & sundown departures mimicking beautiful giant sized floating birthday cakes. Wi-Fi is also available in the pool area. The pool is surrounded by eight large chase lounge chairs.
The media room area is located on the upper level of Outrigger Villa and equipped with a big screen HDTV with satellite & Blu-Ray / DVD player.
The living room is a comfortable seating area with 25 ft. high ceilings good for lounging or leisure reading while listening to your favorite music playing on the Bose sound system with an i-Phone docking station to play your favorites and a CD player with a 50 page album stocked with a wide variety of musical choices.
The dining room table accommodates eight adults and there is also plenty of outside seating in the 75 ft. long veranda, including several picnic tables. A list of private chefs and catering services are available.
The expansive terrace / picnic areas are perfect for weddings, corporate retreats, birthdays & other celebrations. There is a Weber grill & several enchanting seating wrapped in lush gardens dotted with orchids and humming birds. Wi-Fi is also available in the terrace / picnic area.
To ensure that you have uninterrupted electrical power, Outrigger Villa has its own Generator with an automatic transfer switch ( the power does occasionally go out on St. Thomas).
Outrigger Villa is located in an exclusive residential area and has its own private electronic gated entrance with a spacious parking area which can accommodate up to 6 cars.

Construction of Outrigger Villa, began in 2012 and completed in 2013. A lot of thought and planning was put into the building process. Renowned Caribbean Architect, Michael Helm & interior design specialist, Twila Wilson, teamed up in this project to ensure that your stay is a pleasant & memorable one. Caribbean breezes will flow through the many open spaces throughout the property keeping the house at a comfortable cool temperature. Each bedroom's air conditioning system allows you to control your room temperature for maximum sleeping comfort.
This property is replacing the former St. Thomas archbishop's home which had a frail wood structure unable to withstand the passing of Hurricane Marilyn in 1995. Most of the stone walls located in the landscape remain untouched. The 1.05 acre property was bought by the builder in 2008 & almost immediately native trees & flowers were planted in the perimeter where the main house used to be. Today, you will be able to enjoy some of the fruits from the old & new trees: seasonal mangoes (May through Sept), & all year round papayas, bananas & passion fruit among others. Many of the trees are labeled.

Consequently, once you have confirmed your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON within 60 days of your reservation arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates (the only exceptions being a hurricane). In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances. Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
Hurricane Exception: In the event of a named storm which is forecasted to pass less than 100 miles from St. John within 48 hours, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be given.
Your deposit to hold your dates (the amount due at booking) will consist of 50% of the total price of your reservation, and the remaining 50% as well as the security deposit and a 12.5% Virgin Islands are due 30/60/90 days prior to your arrival in accordance to your signed rental agreement.
