Interior Details
On the main level, the spacious Great Room's high ceilings, custom hand carved cypress furniture, and sectional sofas share space with dining areas and a wonderful custom kitchen outfitted with stainless-steel appliances including two refrigerators, a gas cooktop, double ovens, Calphalon cookware and a generous collection of tableware. French doors open out to Seacove's upper terrace which overlooks enchanting blue ocean views.
Adjoining the Great Room is the air-conditioned media room/library/theater furnished with sink-into down-filled sofas and featuring beautifully handcrafted woodwork and bamboo flooring. For entertainment, there is a 55-inch HDTV, BluRay DVD player, books, and a wet bar. The air-conditioned king primary suite adjoins, with a separate office complete with Wi-Fi. A fabulous his-and-hers primary bathroom/dressing room completes this lavish suite.
Stairs lead to Seacove's lower level and to its second living area equipped with a large-screen HDTV with a BluRay DVD system, iPod dock,wet bar and mini-fridge; this area opens directly out to a covered terrace bordered by the heated pool, whimsically inlaid with tile turtles. The second and third air-conditioned bedroom and bath are situated on opposite sides of the pool terrace.
Across the courtyard is the two-story Gatehouse, each level offering an air-conditioned queen bedroom/bath suite (the lower suite has a complete small kitchen, and the upper suite two scenic balconies).

Cancellation Policy
We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. Consequently, once you have confirmed your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON within 60 days of your reservation arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates (the only exceptions being a hurricane). In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances. We have partnered with Nationwide Insurance Co to offer our guests travel protection against cancellations due to a variety of events, as well as medical, emergency evacuation coverage and other benefits. Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
Hurricane Exception: In the event of a named storm which is forecasted to pass less than 100 miles from St. John within 48 hours, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be given.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your dates (the amount due at booking) will consist of 50% of the total price of your reservation, and the remaining 50% as well as the security deposit and a 12.5% Virgin Islands are due 60 days prior to your arrival date OR in accordance to your signed rental agreement.
