Seaside Retreat is a gorgeous, modernly renovated 2 bedroom condo at Cowpet Bay East and has ALL NEW FURNISHINGS! Custom remodeling from floor to ceiling, including Spanish marble floors and showers, cherry wood cabinetry, illuminated vanity mirrors, cedar closet in master, and quartz countertops. If you like to be spoiled by finer surroundings, this condo is for you! It is the perfect place to retreat and relax from your busy lives! Cowpet Bay has a nice sandy beach, plenty of palm trees for shade, and many chairs for lounging. There is also an expansive inviting pool with a waterfall grotto and a large jacuzzi. Grab a cold drink and enjoy a lazy day at the beach! This condo is up on the hill (Tara Way) overlooking the row of condos below on the water (Tracy Way). It is roughly 250 steps to the beach, down 2 sets of stairs.

Cowpet East Resort condos have two levels, this condo is on the first level. There are only 6 stairs down leading from parking space to the front door of condo, unlike most other units where there are many!
Enjoy either of the convenient restaurants on property, including Sangria's Beachside Bistro which is NOW OPEN for breakfast & lunch daily (except Sundays) 7 am - 6 pm, then pizzas only 6 pm - 8 pm. The new pool/beach bar is open 11 am - 5 pm to serve you refreshing cold beverages throughout the day! Then there's the highly recommended, finer dining restaurant the resort has to offer, Caribbean Fish Market (aka "CFM" per the locals!), known for its mouth watering seafood dishes, open for dinner nightly, as well as for Sunday brunch with bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Mary's!
If you choose to the leave the resort, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, grocery, bars, restaurants, ferry/barge to St. John, postal service, and medical center.

Cancellation Policy

We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. Consequently, once you have confirmed your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON within 60 days of your reservation arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates (the only exceptions being a hurricane). In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances. We have partnered with Nationwide Insurance Co to offer our guests travel protection against cancellations due to a variety of events, as well as medical, emergency evacuation coverage and other benefits. Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
Hurricane Exception: In the event of a named storm which is forecasted to pass less than 100 miles from St. John within 48 hours, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be given.

Deposit Policy

Your deposit to hold your dates (the amount due at booking) will consist of 50% of the total price of your reservation, and the remaining 50% as well as the security deposit and a 12.5% Virgin Islands are due 60 days prior to your arrival date OR in accordance to your signed rental agreement.
