Villa Colada Beautiful Pool

Villa Colada was the perfect spot to enjoy with friends! The private baths and balconies off the bedrooms were exactly what we all wanted and the view of Chocolate Hole was gorgeous. The generous sized pool was the perfect ending to a beach day before heading out for the night. With just a short drive to town we were able to enjoy all of what Cruz Bay has to offer.

We have never stayed in a rental property as beautiful as this. The home had everything we needed plus more. After spending the day on beaches and boats and hiking coming home to Villa colada was a dream. We plan to come back as this place is special!

Wonderful view. Close to grocery and restaurants. Lots of books and games. Plenty of pool/beach towels. The pool was amazing, and we spent quite a bit of time watching the iguanas in the trees nearby. The kitchen was well stocked with most everything needed. The beaches on St. John are lovely and the water is clear. I could have stayed longer.

We loved our stay at Villa Colada! The home was beautiful and the perfect place for my family of 6 to enjoy the week. I loved that everyone had their own bathrooms. The pool was perfect to hang out in after a day sightseeing or snorkeling. We had everything we needed at the house. The location is great and only a few minute drive into Cruz Bay. Nellie was very helpful and responsive. We would absolutely love to stay at Villa Colada again!

We loved our stay ! Each room having its own bathroom and balcony was a win for each couple staying and our daughter loved the pool and roosters running around .

Fabulous place with pretty views, comfortable and with a great pool. We had a great time! Offers privacy with bedrooms separated from the main living area each with their own bathroom and porch. Lots of games. Lots of wonderful beaches within 30 min drive. Overall amazing place to stay! Hope to do it again someday.

I do a lot of research before we settle on an airbnb, so I know exactly what I am looking for and this one was outstanding. The location was great- 5 mins from town, up on a hill so the view was incredible. There were a few grocery stores within 5 mins as well, so that was super helpful. The beds were comfortable, the AC in the bedrooms worked well, the bathrooms had beautiful views and the showers were great. We did notice that there was limited hot water if more than one person was showering at the same time. If you are sensitive to light while you sleep, bring an eye mask. The bedrooms are very bright in the morning.

The pool was warmed by the sun and was the perfect temperature after a day at the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed.

The communication was prompt and super helpful whenever we contacted them.

We miss it already, and can't wait to go back!

The villa was beautiful and exactly as described. The pool and views incredible. But there were three power failures. two short and one several hours long, which is not usual in STJ. (We have been coming here for many years.)The house needs a generator. We were the only house nearby that went dark. At this price, blackouts are not acceptable.
But everything else was wonderful!

Villa Colada was a great house to stay at during our visit to St. John. This was our 5th trip to St. John and this was one of the best places we have stayed in. Very neat, clean, and spacious. Very close to Cruz Bay as well. All bedrooms are very private with their own bathrooms. I would definitely look to rent this home again!!

We had a nice stay at Villa Colada for 2 weeks in January 2025.

The house was as described and worked well for our 3 couples. It was convenient to town, the market and beaches (with jeep rental). The kitchen was well equipped and big enough to cook in. The bedrooms felt private. The pool and pool area were great. The main living area does not have AC, but it was no problem since we used the fans. The bedrooms had AC. Our group was comfortable and very happy with the accommodations.

We enjoyed this home and liked that each room has baths attached. Very accommodating and helpful, especially when we brought a baby for a family getaway.

Wonderful house! It met all of our needs and wants. The layout is perfect. It was very well stocked and clean, and the views were amazing! We love the location. We would highly recommend this rental and can’t wait to visit again!

This house was fantastic! Great views and located near all of the restaurants in Cruz Bay. My only complaint was the shower in the downstairs room doesn’t get hot, but the house was perfect otherwise. They had everything we needed (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, soap, paper towels, etc.) and they also had beach towels and folding chairs. Super helpful to have these when renting a house for a week! I would 100% stay again. 🙂

We loved Villa Colada! We traveled with our teenage and adult children and the set-up allows for gathering, buy also privacy when needed. The pool was awesome. We all agreed that A/C In the kitchen/living room would be nice, but that was literally our only discomfort. Absolutely seamless and amazing!

Wonderful house with great location and views!

We had another amazing vacation at Villa Colada. This was our second year staying here and we highly recommend this beautiful house.

Villa Colada was great! Well equipped, convenient location, great pool. Large great room, kitchen and dining area with two bedrooms on each side, up and down. Great outdoor spaces. We had a few minor issues that were dealt with immediately.

It was a pleasure staying at Villa Colada with Vacation VI. They were super responsive and made sure we had a very comfortable stay. Would use vacation vi in the future!

Villa Collado is an absolute dream home. We had such a wonderful vacation. The house is the perfect set up when traveling with friends and family. We each had our own private suites but then enjoyed the common area together. The view was breathtaking. The pool set up with the bar and games was super fun. It was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a 5 minute drive to Cruz Bay. We definitely plan to stay there again!!

This home is located in the perfect location to everything. Just minutes from downtown and the windmill bar. The home was clean and very accommodating. Thank you for everything! We will def be back.

As we have been going to St John for over 20 years and have stayed at various locations in Villa Colada Is one of the best locations we’ve been at. Easy to get to town or take the back way to the east end, a beautiful view of Chocolate Hole and the sea! Great sleeping arrangements and rooms a swimming pool that had to be at 80° heated by the sun just awesome. What a great stay we had! Capt. and Mike and crew

This property is perfectly located high enough for great views but just outside of Cruz Bay. Very clean, great pool and easy to find. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C in bedrooms, clean and great patios.

We had the joy of staying in Villa Colada in February with another couple and our 8month old daughter. We still talk about drinking coffee on the front porch, the perfect breeze, and the amazing views. Some days it was hard to leave, even when we had beach days planned. When we visit St John again, we will definitely stay at Villa Colada.

I stayed at Villa Colada twice in 2021 with my girlfriend and 20-something daughter for 5 days and 4 days. The house was great and the island was great. Probably unlike most guests, I live in the Caribbean and have visited many islands and stayed many places throughout the Caribbean. And Villa Colada/SJ was as good as it gets. New constuction so everything was in good shape. We especially liked the pool area and the deck for drinks and sunset before dinner. Every night was a different restaurant for a different expereince. Highly recommended!
