Tre Vista’s fantastic gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream and will entice you to stay in for all of your meals with two dishwashers, two sinks, two sets of silverware and high quality kitchenware.

“Loved everything about this house!”

Tre Vista is a wonderful house. It offered privacy for our entire family. The kitchen was amazing – with everything we needed. The breeze was perfect and kept the inside main house cool even in June. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. We mostly lived outside on the sofa, around the table, or by and in the pool. The location is perfect. Close to the grocery store and town. We would love to stay here again!

Cancellation Policy
We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. Consequently, once you have confirmed your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON within 60 days of your reservation arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates. In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your dates (the amount due at booking) will consist of 50% of the total price of your reservation, and the remaining 50% as well as the security deposit and a 12.5% Virgin Islands Room tax due 60 days prior to your arrival date.
