With sweeping views of Long Bay Beach and a private hillside location, Alfresco is one of our best situated Tortola villas.
The large tiled pool deck with lounge chairs is the perfect place to spend a relaxing day out in the sun with a cold drink or a good book. When youre ready to cool off, take a dip in the infinity pool, which also features changing LED lights for nighttime swims. Located on a large hillside, this newly built villa is divided into two pavilions separated by the pool and sundeck.
Indoors, the great room boasts vaulted ceilings and fantastic views from large windows and glass sliding pocket doors leading out onto the deck. Alfresco features a fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, and you can enjoy your meals in the open-air dining room complete with panoramic ocean views. If youre in the mood for a quiet night in, the villa also features a large flatscreen TV in the living room complete with a DVD player and satellite.
Up to six guests will be comfortable in the villas three bedrooms, which are nicely spaced between the pavilions for added privacy. In the two-bedroom pavilion, the master bedroom is accessed via a beautiful staircase curving up from the entrance; it features a king-sized bed, reclaimed teak furniture and a spacious bathroom with an open tiled shower. Sliding doors lead you onto a private verandah with ocean views. Directly below the master suite, the second bedroom has access to the pool terrace and twin beds which can be made up as a king, with advance request. The third bedroom is especially private and is located in the main living pavilion, accessible by a staircase off of the pool deck.

Cancellation Policy
We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. Consequently, once you have confirmed your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON within 60 days of your reservation arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates (the only exceptions being a hurricane). In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances. We have partnered with Nationwide Insurance Co to offer our guests travel protection against cancellations due to a variety of events, as well as medical, emergency evacuation coverage and other benefits. Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
Hurricane Exception: In the event of a named storm which is forecasted to pass less than 100 miles from St. John within 48 hours, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be given.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your dates (the amount due at booking) will consist of 50% of the total price of your reservation, and the remaining 50% as well as the security deposit and a 12.5% Virgin Islands are due 30/60/90 days prior to your arrival in accordance to your signed rental agreement.
