Enjoy the highly recommended restaurants the resort has to offer, either at the fine dining Caribbean Fish Market, known for its mouth watering seafood, or at the casual Sangria's Beachside Bistro...be sure to try their scrumptious conch fritters or fish tacos! Or if you'd like to eat in, try our restaurant delivery service! New featured amenity and service on island, subscription not provided by most other condos!
You will never need to leave the resort and Beachside Escape, but if you choose to, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, bars, restaurants, Ferry to St. John, postal service, and medical center.
We can assist in grocery delivery to conveniently stock your fridge prior to your arrival, as well as arrange for private catering/chef services, private massage therapist, and mid stay housekeeping services.

Cancellation Policy
We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. Consequently, once you have confirmed your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON within 60 days of your reservation arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates (the only exceptions being a hurricane). In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances. We have partnered with Nationwide Insurance Co to offer our guests travel protection against cancellations due to a variety of events, as well as medical, emergency evacuation coverage and other benefits. Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
Hurricane Exception: In the event of a named storm which is forecasted to pass less than 100 miles from St. John within 48 hours, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be given.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your dates (the amount due at booking) will consist of 50% of the total price of your reservation, and the remaining 50% as well as the security deposit and a 12.5% Virgin Islands are due 30/60/90 days prior to your arrival in accordance to your signed rental agreement.

We just got back from our much-needed vacation to this beautiful condo and wish we were still there! The condo is as beautiful as the pictures show, with ample space for 4 adults and 1 child. The location is exactly what we wanted for a beach vacation in St. Thomas... right on the beach, had a pool and dining options right on the property. Traveling with a small child, this was the perfect spot for us as it was very family friendly! Our 3 year old had a blast at the beach and pool! We did rent a car and driving on the left was a fun adventure! We checked out lots of beaches (our favorite was Sapphire), did some shopping and also took the quick ferry ride to St John for the day. Trunk Bay was so beautiful! We highly recommend this condo and will be back!
3 couples traveled here to escape our kids, and it was a wonderful escape indeed! LOL
Beachside Escape was beautiful, had 3 private bedrooms & 3 bathrooms which was perfect for 3 couples, it had more than enough room for us all! Kitchen was well equipped for cooking in and blending drinks! (lol) Condo was right on the beach, very clean, plenty of linens, beds were super comfortable, and it was great having a washer & dryer!
This was the perfect home base for our trip! It is near Red Hook where we took a private charter to the British Virgin Islands & checked out the Baths at Virgin Gorda – so cool!, and drank at the Soggy Dollar Bar in Jost Van Dyke – so delicious those Pain Killers! (you do need your passport if you venture to the British Virgin Islands)
Ate at Margaritaville, food was decent, drinks were frosty and delicious and the band playing was phenomenal! Caribbean Fish Market on the property was wonderful, both food & service!!! Sangrias was more casual and very good!
Went to Megans Bay Beach, a little crowded but beautiful. Beach on property (Cowpet Bay) was really nice, relaxing and spacious. Pool and hot tub were awesome as well! Even has a poolside bar!
The 6 of us agree, great escape from our kids, had loads of fun, beach location and accommodations couldn’t be beat and one couple already booked another trip to Beachside Escape… with their kids! lol
I took my wife and 3 children here to celebrate her 40th birthday and it was fantastic!
The condo was exactly as pictured! It was very clean, very roomy and felt like a true vacation from it all! The balconies overlooking the beach were great! We loved sitting out there, relaxing and having drinks! (Sangrias right on the beach makes great Mojito’s!)
The beach there had calm water, lots of chairs, was never crowded, and had plenty of sun & shade. The pool was wonderful also. Kids enjoyed both a lot! Condo had beach towels, snorkels, cooler bag and jug, chairs to take to explore other beaches, everything you need for a great beach day! Went to Coki Beach and swam with the sea lions, what an experience!
Red Hook was close by, had a small supermarket (Moe’s) that had all we needed to cook & grill when we chose to eat in. We ate at some great restaurants in Red Hook, loved Pesce & XO Bistro! Went to St. John twice and had fun at Cinnamon Beach (waves!) & Trunk Bay (nice snorkeling trail) and walked around the town. Overall fantastic vacation, fantastic condo, fantastic beaches, fantastic 40th birthday celebration!
What a beautiful condo with a GREAT location! The views of the beach are amazing and with the beach a couple steps away, our 2 kids in the water within 5 minutes of arriving!! The condo had all we needed for our trip, is super clean and had a really nice beachy relaxing feel. The property is very well maintained, with beautiful flowers and palm trees everywhere. Lounge chairs were always available on the beach and the condo had beach towels, snorkel gear and beach toys! Our kids were in heaven!! The pool was wonderful , great restaurants on property, and a short drive to Red Hook where we ate at some great restaurants and caught the Ferry to St John & enjoyed Trunk Bay. We had a wonderful time here and will be booking our next trip to this condo again soon!!!!
