Cruz On Inn is a brand new luxury beach front, 5 bedroom gated estate in Great Cruz Bay, just minutes from Cruz Bay and the world famous North Shore beaches. Perfect for families and large groups, this exquisitely decorated, fully appointed, and entirely air conditioned villa will have expansive indoor and outdoor living areas, a large pool and spa, and gourmet chef’s kitchen with all state of the art Viking Appliances, as well interior access to all of the bedrooms.
The 5 well-appointed suites will each have 55" flat screen TV’s and Blue-Ray DVD players. Four of the suites are furnished with plush pillow top king size beds, and the fifth suite is designed with the kids in mind. This suite is outfitted with two twin size pillow top beds and trundles as well as an Xbox 360 video gaming system.
Whether you’re enjoying a meal together, taking a break in the shaded outdoor sitting area or relaxing on one the pool side lounge chairs, the flower-scented breezes and sweeping vistas are sure to delight. Cruz On Inn is also a state of the art Eco Friendly green home with numerous sustainable features.
Just a few steps down the beach you will find the beautiful Westin Resort where you can indulge in Spa services, the restaurants or cool off with a beverage from the bar. For the athletically inclined guest(s), the tennis courts and fitness center are available for a small fee.

Cancellation Policy
We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. Consequently, once you have confirmed your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON within 60 days of your reservation arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates (the only exceptions being a hurricane). In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances. We have partnered with Nationwide Insurance Co to offer our guests travel protection against cancellations due to a variety of events, as well as medical, emergency evacuation coverage and other benefits. Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
Hurricane Exception: In the event of a named storm which is forecasted to pass less than 100 miles from St. John within 48 hours, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be given.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your dates (the amount due at booking) will consist of 50% of the total price of your reservation, and the remaining 50% as well as the security deposit and a 12.5% Virgin Islands are due 30/60/90 days prior to your arrival in accordance to your signed rental agreement.
