Gardenia is a newly renovated villa boasting privacy with expansive views. Entering the villa, you are greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking views of Cruz Bay, the Pillsbury Sound, and the distant lights of St. Thomas, resembling a sparkling crystal ball after dark.
The renovations are extensive in this villa with new kitchen cabinets, floors and quartzite countertops. The new appliances include an oven with stovetop, convection microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, a built-in drink cooler, washer and dryer. The bathrooms have also been updated with new quartzite countertops, new vanities and stylish undermount sinks.
The new furnishings feature an incredibly comfortable sectional sofa and a coffee table perfect for lively group card games. The new dining table, chairs, and bar stools beautifully complement the open floor plan, encouraging togetherness. This property prioritizes privacy, with the primary suite in its own wing and the second and third bedrooms accessed via an exterior balcony. The upstairs loft provides additional seclusion with heavy blackout curtains. Cancellation Policy
We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. Consequently, once you have confirmed your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON within 60 days of your reservation arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates (the only exceptions being a hurricane). In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances. We have partnered with Nationwide Insurance Co to offer our guests travel protection against cancellations due to a variety of events, as well as medical, emergency evacuation coverage and other benefits. Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
Hurricane Exception: In the event of a named storm which is forecasted to pass less than 100 miles from St. John within 48 hours, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be given.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your dates (the amount due at booking) will consist of 50% of the total price of your reservation, and the remaining 50% as well as the security deposit and a 12.5% Virgin Islands are due 30/60/90 days prior to your arrival in accordance to your signed rental agreement.

Gardenia Villa was a beautiful place to stay. We loved everything about it including the neighborhood amenities and the location close to Cruz Bay. The pictures online don’t do it justice. It’s beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. We’ll be back!
Amazing!!
Everything we needed and wanted and not a single issue
This place was nice but needs a bit of maintenance. We had a huge leak in one of the bedrooms. And one thermostat for very different bedrooms did not work out so great for us. To keep two outer bedrooms comfortable we had to keep it too chilly in main area. Very nice people and they accommodated my early entry which was awesome and appreciated. Some cleaning supplies would be a nice idea for others who stay. All in all not bad but not great.

Overall a great stay! Gardenia Villa was nice and had what we needed. We enjoyed the pool and bar/cafe at the pool. We actually ended up eating there two different nights during our stay. The views from the villa and entire property were amazing! I would definitely stay again.

We stayed in the Gardenia villa! Very clean. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Had taxi service set up for us. Great views. Quiet, peaceful. You are about a 5 min drive from downtown which can add up if you are relying on taxis. But if you rent a car, it’s perfect. Overall, aside from being a short drive from Cruz bay, the villa was spectacular.
We would definitely stay at The Hills again and highly recommend it to everyone staying in St. John! Views were amazing and the villa was more than comfortable.

This was my first trip to St John and I can ensure you it will not be my last! The ferry ride over was quick and enjoyable. The Jeep rental was conveniently located a few steps away. When we pulled up to the gates at the Sirenusa community, I was ecstatic that this would be our home for the next few days. The grounds are secure and well maintained. Upon entering the villa you are blown away by the living room views that look over the bay. There is a fully equipped kitchen where we were able to cook breakfast every morning by making a quick trip to the nearby supermarket. The villa is centrally located making it quick and easy to get to town, beaches, bars etc. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. Not to mention, the beaches in St. John are breathtaking and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the hidden treasures on the island. We already planned our return trip back!
Wow. What a trip. "Life goal" is a better description. The island was amazing and the locals welcomed us with hospitality and love. A beautiful ferry ride from St. Thomas to St. John and we were welcomed by Sirenusa's love. The specious villas were perched on top of the island and provided gorgeous sunset views and memories that can't be forgotten. Nostalgia is the best way to describe my two weeks in its arms...

A group of my friends stayed at this villa for long weekend and had a great time, I would definitely visit again! The villa was comfortable, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The central living room, dining room and kitchen and balcony have great views and provided a focal point for the group to hang out.
Sirenusa is a quick cab or car ride from downtown Cruz Bay and several beaches, the staff there are very helpful and accommodating. They offered excellent dining and recreation recommendations. There is also a central pool with great views and a nice gym and common room.
