The property features stunning 180 degree ocean views, heated infinity pool, hot tub, outdoor gas fire pit, second floor gallery with bar and pool table, media room with large flat screen TV and surround sound, office with fax/pc/wireless internet, a fully equipped gym, air conditioning in all primary rooms. Located on the east end of Tortola, Golden Pavilion Villa is a 7 minute walk from secluded Little Bay Beach and a 15 minute drive to Road Town. Direct ocean access is available from the property for the adventurous.
BEDROOMS: The villas bedroom suites are all self-contained and include private baths with dual vanities, showers, walk in closets with safes, air-conditioning and fans. All bedrooms have French doors to exterior decks with stunning Caribbean views and trade winds. The oversized master bath is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and private outdoor shower with dual heads. Each room is playfully decorated with its own color schemes; aqua blue, coral, moss and sky. 5 bedrooms in total if you include the guest cottage.

Cancellation Policy
We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. Consequently, once you have confirmed your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON within 60 days of your reservation arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates (the only exceptions being a hurricane). In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances. We have partnered with Nationwide Insurance Co to offer our guests travel protection against cancellations due to a variety of events, as well as medical, emergency evacuation coverage and other benefits. Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
Hurricane Exception: In the event of a named storm which is forecasted to pass less than 100 miles from St. John within 48 hours, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be given.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your dates (the amount due at booking) will consist of 50% of the total price of your reservation, and the remaining 50% as well as the security deposit and a 12.5% Virgin Islands are due 30/60/90 days prior to your arrival in accordance to your signed rental agreement.
