Villa Rhapsody St. John is a beautiful and very special 5BR / 5.5 bath luxury vacation villa located on the western shores of St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands. It is set in truly spectacular & magnificent tropical surroundings on the cliffs just to the north of the entrance to Great Cruz Bay Harbor facing
St. Thomas. Great Cruz Bay is where the Westin Resort is located. Villa Rhapsody St. John is a newly constructed villa as of June 2008.
Villa Rhapsody is truly a Caribbean estate in its size, spaciousness, and privacy. As you enter Villa Rhapsody, its magnitude is as breathtaking as its majesty. Located on a 1/2 acre lot immediately adjacent to the ocean, a 16' x 32' spectacular infinity pool & immense pool deck command center stage. The Great House, and various living pods surround the infinity pool. The hot tub for four , looking
out towards the beautiful Caribbean, sits poolside.
Unlike most St. John villas that are located high on the hills with distant ocean views, Villa Rhapsody St. John floats directly over the spectacular turquoise Caribbean - the ocean literally 50 feet below. By day, your view of yachts & sailing vessels of all sizes traveling from Cruz Bay to Great Cruz Bay and St. Thomas is soothing. By evening, the fiery sunsets over the infinity pool with the twinkling lights of St. Thomas in the distance is majestic. The eternal sound of the surging ocean below you is your romantic soundtrack.
This magnificent 5BR/5.5 bath villa sleeps up to 10 adults, plus additional beds for an additional 4 children accommodating a total of 14 (10 adults + 4 children). In the Rhapsody Great Room is a spacious living area, dining area, chef's kitchen, and small office area with high speed DSL. A state-of-the-art entertainment center & sound system with large screen HDTV is enjoyed in the Great Room living area.
Outside of the Great Room is the breathtaking Rhapsody St. John lanai. This exterior living area is Caribbean living at its best. Oceanfront & looking out towards St. Thomas & St. James islands, day or night, the views are grand.

Cancellation Policy
We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. Consequently, once you have confirmed your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON within 60 days of your reservation arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates (the only exceptions being a hurricane). In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances. We have partnered with Nationwide Insurance Co to offer our guests travel protection against cancellations due to a variety of events, as well as medical, emergency evacuation coverage and other benefits. Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
Hurricane Exception: In the event of a named storm which is forecasted to pass less than 100 miles from St. John within 48 hours, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be given.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your dates (the amount due at booking) will consist of 50% of the total price of your reservation, and the remaining 50% as well as the security deposit and a 12.5% Virgin Islands are due 30/60/90 days prior to your arrival in accordance to your signed rental agreement.
