Sand Dollar Estate has a 6 bedroom main villa, a three bedroom romantic guest cottage, and two connecting bungalows. It's all set on an exceptional 2.5 acre estate with its own pristine white sand beaches on Magen's Bay.

Sand Dollar Estate, Little Sand Dollar, and the Bungalows are fully air-conditioned and furnished to exceptional standards. The interiors offer beautiful marble floors and a tasteful blend of contemporary and island decor. Soothing shades of taupe woods, creamy yellows and soft pastels provide a relaxing environment. Full length windows capitalize on spectacular views of the blue waters of Magen's Bay - and the villa's white sand beach.

Sand Dollar is the estate's largest villa property and it is built on several levels. The upper level opens to two expansive king bedroom suites each with its own large bath and deck with outdoor shower. Each has a separate alcove with sofabed perfect for young children. Steps lead to the main level which offers a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, two stoves and high end appliances. Also on this level is an office with wireless printer, modem, and computer, a spacious living area with a huge flat-screen TV and surround sound, and a third bedroom with king size bed and full bath. 

The main level opens to a spacious deck. A short flight of stairs leads down to the generous pool level and to three more air conditioned bedroom suites, each with its own full bath and sitting area. This lower level of bedroom suites works well for families with young children, as all suites are built around a common gaming area.

Sand Dollar's outdoor living space is built around an expansive multi-leveled deck, swimming pool, hammock nook, and a shaded gazebo. The spacious dining area is perfect for alfresco meals. This area is fully equipped with a professional grill and sink area, making it the perfect spot for outdoor cooking, grilling and dining. This Caribbean luxury rental villa's expansive deck is the perfect spot to watch spectacular sunsets and to keep an eye on the rest of your family or guests on the villa's sandy beach below. Built to the highest standards, the cottage provides an additional 2,300 square feet of indoor living space and a huge 1500 square foot deck overlooking the beautiful torquoise bay below. Fully air-conditioned, Little Sand Dollar offers three bedrooms, each with full ensuite baths, a full kitchen, a magnificent Jacuzzi and a private covered balcony overlooking sparkling Magen's Bay. Stairs lead down to another perfect, white sand beach! This romantic cottage is perfect for the honeymoon couple while the rest of the wedding party have their luxurious accommodation in the main villa. Please note that Little Sand Dollar is only available for rental in combination with the Sand Dollar Estate. Little Sand Dollar Cottage is never rented to another group or family, insuring the privacy of the guests of our estate.

Between Sand Dollar Main Villa and Little Sand Dollar are two newly constructed bungalows. They can be connected to form a 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath spacious unit. Perfect for 2 couples or a small family.  Bungalow One is a one-room suite featuring a king-size bed, full bath, comfortable seating area with sleeper sofa, mini-fridge, in-room safe, coffee machine, smart TV with premium channels, high-speed wireless internet, and 2 Juliette balconies overlooking Magens Bay.  Bungalow Two features a bedroom with a king-size bed, full bath, in-room safe, a separate living room with dining area for 6, half bath, fully equipped kitchenette, sleeper sofa, smart TV with premium cable channels, high-speed wireless internet, and 2 Juliette balconies overlooking Magens Bay.
