JUST REMODELED! New floors, new bathrooms, new kitchen! Sapphire Beach is one of the prettiest beaches in St. Thomas with its white sands and different shades of blue waters! This beautifully remodeled, luxuriously appointed two bedroom two bath condo we call "Sapphire Sunrise" offers new floors, beautifully finished bathrooms, modern and sleek kitchen with new granite counters and tile backsplash. It is one of ONLY A FEW true two bedrooms offered at Sapphire Beach Resort, ideally located in Building B just steps to the sand and sea, top floor, very close to the main beach and Sapphire Beach Bar & Grill. It is a two story unit so there are stairs within the condo, both bedrooms and one bath are upstairs. The expansive inviting pool on the water's edge is open and a great alternative to the beach!

Any time of the day or night, the soft white sands and subtle waves await you! Close to our building are all the amenities you could want for a wonderful and care free vacation! Start your day at "The Beach Buzz" with a coffee and breakfast sandwich or swing by after lunch for some yummy ice cream, and don’t forget to shop for souvenirs to take home to loved ones! They serve breakfast daily as well as sell sundries and souvenirs; open 7 am - 2 pm. "Sapphire Beach Bar" offers delicious burgers, the best fish tacos on island, sandwiches, and salads, as well as cold beverages; open daily 11 am - 6 pm. Check out their live music on Sundays and monthly Full Moon Parties with fire dancers and Moko Jumbies! Treat yourself to the best pizza on island at "Paradise Pie" at Sapphire Beach, also serving cold drinks, open 11 am - 8 pm daily. If you really want to splurge and divulge in fine dining, treat yourself to the newly opened upstairs restaurant called SeaSalt, a waterfront oasis embracing ocean-centric dining and sea-to-table fare! It is definitely an experience you will not forget! "Naia Boutique" is the best shop on island for resort beach wear and bags, fun jewelry, hats, candles, rash guards, etc. Open daily 9 am - 5 pm. Sapphire Beach also has water sports equipment for rent, including snorkel gear, kayaks, SUPs, etc. If you need more diversity from what Sapphire Beach Resort provides, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, bars, restaurants, postal service, and medical center. Whatever you choose to do with your well-deserved and highly anticipated vacation, this condo will be your oasis in paradise that you won't want to leave!
PLEASE NOTE: This resort does not have a generator as of yet but is scheduled to be installed early 2026. While it may be inconvenient, no refunds will be given for any power outages during your stay. Also note: the pool area still has an old structure that used to be the bar that has not been torn down. It has been there for many years (prior to the big storms) and we all hope that one day it will be removed or renovated but until then, please overlook the slight eyesore.

Cancellation Policy
We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. Consequently, once you have confirmed your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON within 60 days of your reservation arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates (the only exceptions being a hurricane). In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances. We have partnered with Nationwide Insurance Co to offer our guests travel protection against cancellations due to a variety of events, as well as medical, emergency evacuation coverage and other benefits. Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
Hurricane Exception: In the event of a named storm which is forecasted to pass less than 100 miles from St. John within 48 hours, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be given.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your dates (the amount due at booking) will consist of 50% of the total price of your reservation, and the remaining 50% as well as the security deposit and a 12.5% Virgin Islands are due 60 days prior to your arrival date OR in accordance to your signed rental agreement.

We had a great stay at the property. It's on a beautiful beach and close to Red Hook with great dining options. The staff were responsive and attentive. The pool and bar are being renovated which will be really nice when done. We had a family of four. Slept all comfortably and recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. Would definitely go again.
The property was exactly as expected and there were no surprises. In our 10 day stay, we only saw cruise ship passengers once and for a great majority of the trip we had the half mile or so of beach entirely to ourselves. Please be sure to tip the nice ladies at the banana cabana. The washing machine is also a dryer but you'll be better off hanging set damp clothes outside on the rack they provide. The property is about an 8 minute walk into Red Hook but I suggest driving. Your chip cards won't work at the two bank ATM machines so bring cash if possible. Overall, it was a great stay and the unit was extremely comfortable
This place was wonderful. Beautiful beach just steps away, close to the Red Hook ferry dock for island hopping, and close to excellent restaurants. Condo recently redone and top of the line!
The views from our townhouse were truly amazing, and the beach was steps away from our backdoor.
My whole family really enjoyed the recently renovated condo. The updates were very nice and the views from both balconies were incredible--direct beachfront with the beautiful blue-green water shimmering in the background. Any downtime we had in the condo was typically spent on the main floor balcony. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates, utensils, pots/pans and basics such as salt/pepper/sugar. The kids enjoyed the supplied foam noodles and buckets and shovels for playing at the pool and the beach. There were really no concerns or negatives with this condo itself. There was a combined washer/dryer unit in the downstairs bathroom which seemed to be OK at washing the clothes, but the dryer was really not very effective. Otherwise, there was a small window in the downstairs bathroom with wooden shutters that we were not able to close, so a bit of waste of A/C and some outside noise would bleed in. One issue was the pool area. The pool itself is very pretty and the location on the point in the middle of the overall complex led to outstanding views. Unfortunately, this location also seemed to be the windiest part of the beach, and this impeded some of the enjoyment of going to the pool. The pool also seemed to be quite sandy both in the water and on the surrounding deck. A wash station on/near the deck probably would have helped for this. Also, there is a HUGE eyesore associated with the pool as there is a grill/restaurant area that has apparently been in non-use/disrepair for some time. It would have been outstanding to have a restaurant with bar right next to the pool as other complexes had. However, having a boarded up area right next to the pool looks really low rent. Apparently there is some legal dispute between the condo association and the owner of the restaurant area, but it just looks awful. There was a small hut separately just off the parking lot where you could buy burgers or hot dogs or fish sandwiches or similar. It was convenient and we had lunch there twice.
The newly renovated condos were immaculate they had all the amenities you need. Really all you need is the beach which is 100 feet away from your front door. The wait service on the beach was great for a drinks, snack or sandwich. It's right next to a marina where you can fish or boat out of and the town of Red Hook is 4 minutes down the street with fine dining and night life. We had a ball. Jim
