Tennis Villa sits on a large lot on the peninsula that separates Great Cruz Bay Harbor from Chocolate Hole Harbor, with picturesque views of both harbors. Both Great Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole Harbor are well-established and desirable neighborhoods that consist of expensive residential villas.
As with the location, the design of this graceful villa is also alluring. Completed in 1995, the one-story custom design is child friendly, spacious and comfortable. Only a few St. John villas combine this much space and privacy with such easy access to so many activities and amenities. Tennis Villa consists of a 3 bedroom/3 bath main house plus a 1 bedroom/1 bath detached pool house. The main house contains a truly gourmet kitchen plus the living and dining areas, while the pool house overlooks the all weather surface tennis court. The arched doorways of the living area of the great house flow into a large garden courtyard that encircles a 43- foot pool. The south-facing courtyard gets all day sun and affords privacy and sunset views.
Tennis Villa:

Kitchen: Culinary dreams come to life in the chef’s dream kitchen equipped with a 6-burner Wolf gas range, dual sinks, and ample prep space for multiple chefs to create masterpieces.
Bedrooms: Four comfortable bedrooms (1 king, 3 sets of twins that convert to kings), each featuring air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and en-suite baths to ensure restful nights, while the absence of common walls fosters tranquility and privacy.
Tennis Cottage:
Living and Dining: Unwind in the inviting, air-conditioned living area that showcases spectacular views, equipped with a 32-inch flat-screen TV. Enjoy dining on the pool deck or the upper-level terrace for unforgettable meals with loved ones.

Cancellation Policy
We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. Consequently, once you have confirmed your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation for ANY REASON within 60 days of your reservation arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates (the only exceptions being a hurricane). In the event that we are able to re-rent the property for your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances. We have partnered with Nationwide Insurance Co to offer our guests travel protection against cancellations due to a variety of events, as well as medical, emergency evacuation coverage and other benefits. Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
Hurricane Exception: In the event of a named storm which is forecasted to pass less than 100 miles from St. John within 48 hours, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be given.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your dates (the amount due at booking) will consist of 50% of the total price of your reservation, and the remaining 50% as well as the security deposit and a 12.5% Virgin Islands are due 60 days prior to your arrival date OR in accordance to your signed rental agreement.
